Manuscript has two primary compositions. Beginning on leaf 2a "On holy images, on the Cross and the praise of God, and prayers and articles of faith of the true Orthodox Church of Christ", 10 chapters. On leaf 96a, Book of "Flowers" (i.e. Theotokos) presented with chapters. Between the two texts there is also (leaf 89a) a text on the Holy Apostles and the appearance of the Lord, and on the numbers of years (abbreviated). Leaves 94b-95a, a short Moldavian chronicle covering the years 6469-6998 (i.e. 961-1490). Inscription on leaf 1a: "this book belonging to Nikanor from Spasova Voda on Mount Athos was given to his brother Symeon in the year 7193" (i. e. 1685). Ornamented heading. The manuscript is heavily damaged.
